The Women in Tech Summit, brought to you by DFW*ATW and BravoTECH, is a special event designed specifically for women in IT. The conference highlights the achievements of ladies in tech and provides opportunities for collaboration, professional development, and networking. This event also includes a fireside chat, panel presentations, and lunch.

The Summit is also about networking and sharing from industry thought leaders; life lessons learned and practical tips to improve your own career goals. Or sharing personal stories of how they’ve made an impact on inclusivity in their industry, passions, their journey, and advice to the next generation of tech's women.

When women attend the Women in Tech Summit, they feel more connected to the local DFW community of women technologists and far less isolated than they might feel in their daily lives. The opportunity to see and hear what other women are doing inspires them to return to work the next day and continue building their career in tech.

Registration is just $85.00 and includes access to Women in Tech Summit, all InnoTech Conference sessions, lunch, and networking reception. Click on the 'Register Now' button above to register.

  • Why being bold is the #1 leadership skill and essential to your happiness and success

Women in IT need to surround themselves with a full support system. Having a life coach is one of the best ways to round out your squad. In this fireside chat, we’ll discuss why a coach is so important to growth. We will explore the role of the coach and how it differs from that of a mentor and sponsor. What should you expect from your coach? How do you find a coach? How much coaching is “enough”? We will answer these questions and more. You might even pick up a few tidbits on how to improve your own coaching skills as a tool in your leadership role.
