Coronavirus Statement on Status, Prevention, and Control

Updated 6/25/20 5pm cst

With the latest developments in the Coronavirus outbreak, the InnoTech team wants to assure our community that our top concern is the safety and well being of all InnoTech participants. With this said, InnoTech Dallas will be rescheduled at the Irving Convention Center for Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

In March 2020, we rescheduled the 10th Annual Spring InnoTech Dallas event to August 2020 with great optimism and hope that we would be able to hold a successful in-person event; however, after polling many of our sponsors, exhibitors, advisors, and partners as well as closely following guidelines from the state and health authorities, it has become clear that the best move is to postpone to April 2021.

While we will miss seeing you this year, we are confident that this is the most prudent and safest choice for the event and its many supporters.

Your company/organization’s contract will be transferred automatically from 2020 to 2021. All you need to do is update your calendar with the new date and advise your team of the change as well.

It is important to note our refund policy:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable to an eligible participant.

  • Registration transfer requests must be submitted in writing to InnoTech Dallas.

  • Please contact InnoTech registration at least 48 hours prior to the event start date to transfer your registration to someone else.

  • If you have a special circumstance and would like to request a refund, please reach out to InnoTech Dallas.

Out of an abundance of caution, health authorities are recommending that everyone take the same steps to prevent common respiratory illnesses – such as the common cold and flu. These include:

  • Staying home when you are sick;

  • Washing your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water;

  • Coughing or sneezing into your elbow;

  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands;

  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick; and

  • Disinfecting frequently touched surface areas (doorknobs, light switches, etc.)
