Welcome to the InnoTech Dallas Exhibitor Portal. This is your main resource for all of your exhibitor related needs. This portal provides you and your team with 24/7 access to the information and tools you need to manage and take full advantage of your sponsorship. How do I register booth staff?
To save time when checking in on site, we ask that all exhibitors working your booth to register prior to April 7. Exhibitor registration includes access to all conference sessions and vendor presentations. Please note, special events require separate registration and payment. Exhibitors must use this link to register yourself and your booth staff. You will need your Username and Password, provided by InnoTech to the main point of contact from each exhibiting company. Please contact Maria Chalaire if you need this login information at email@example.com.
A few important reminders about exhibitor registration:
Exhibitors/Sponsors are not allowed in the event area on the event day without an official badge.
Badges will not be mailed in advance.
Pre Registered Badges will be delivered to your booth during exhibitor setup times.
Where/how do exhibitors check in?
Exhibitors can check in during exhibitor move in. If pre-registered though, we will deliver booth staff badges directly to your booth so you can skip the line!
When is exhibitor move in?
Exhibitor move-in is scheduled for Tuesday, April 18 from 2pm until 6pm, at the Irving Convention Center, 500 Las Colinas Blvd W, Irving, TX 75039, Third Floor Lobby/Aisles. Move-in must be completed by 6pm. Exhibitors will be allowed to set up on Wednesday, April 19 at 7:00am to take care of last minute details. All booths must be event ready by 8:15am on Wednesday, April 19. For directions, visit the Irving Convention Center website.
What are the exhibit hours?
The exhibit floor is open on Wednesday, April 19 from 8:30 am to 3:45pm.
When is exhibitor move out?
Exhibitor move-out begins at 3:45pm on Wednesday, April 19 after the close of the event. You may begin to dismantle your booths at 3:45pm and not before. Please schedule outbound flights and afternoon meetings accordingly. Early dismantle may cause safety issues for both attendees and other exhibitors. Move-out must be complete by 7pm on April 19.

How do I order Lead Retrieval devices/apps?
To enhance your event experience, we offer lead retrieval and lead management services through The Pulse Network. The Pulse Network’s portable lead collection technology allows you to collect and qualify leads right in your booth and have a complete database of your contacts available to you after the event. Order here by March 19 for the best rate. Please contact The Pulse Network at 781-688-8000 with any lead retrieval questions.
How do I order power or a hardline?
Free Wi-Fi is available to ALL InnoTech participants (this shared service is best used for checking email, web browsing, etc). You can order high-speed Internet services (highly recommended for live demos, video conferencing, streaming, etc.) through the Irving Convention Center here.
Because each exhibitor has varying electrical service requirements, electrical service is not included. You can also order electrical services through the Irving Convention Center here.
How do I order audiovisual equipment?

How do I order booth F&B?
If you would like to provide snacks, hors d’oeuvres, etc. at your booth, remember that SAVOR Las Colinas is the exclusive caterer at the Irving Convention Center. Only sample sizes of food and beverage are allowed, distribution must be approved and only the manufacturer or distributor of a product may dispense food samples. See a menu on page 13, the order form on page 15, and the cc authorization form on page 16 here. Order by April 5.
How do I order lunches for my booth staff?
Lunch shifts are encouraged to ensure someone is staffing your booth at all times. Concessions are available for purchase in the Cafe on the 2nd floor.
How do I ship materials to the show?
Below is IMPORTANT information about shipping your event materials (display, brochures, etc.) directly to the event. The Irving Convention Center will receive shipments at the facility beginning Friday, April 14. Please fill out the Material Handling Form and send it to Luke at firstname.lastname@example.org or use this online ordering form. By using this service, material handling fees will apply. Shipments arriving BEFORE April 14 WILL BE REFUSED by the facility. All shipments to the Irving Convention Center must be labeled as follows:

How do I ship materials post show?
A Bill of Lading is required on ALL outbound shipments, which can be found at the ICC Service Desk at show site. After your booth is packed, labeled and ready to be shipped, please return the completed Bill of Lading form to the Service Desk. A CC Authorization form also MUST be provided when submitting this form. If your carrier fails to show up, your shipment will be re-directed through SES Solutions (which is the only time they’d use the CC on file). It is YOUR responsibility to contact and make all arrangements for any other carrier than the preferred carrier, SES Solutions. Another option would be to drive your shipments to a nearby carrier office, like UPS or FedEx.
How do I get an attendee list?
InnoTech NEVER sells or rents lists to brokers or list management services. Do not buy one that says InnoTech list. To respect the input from conference attendees and for general data protection, InnoTech does NOT provide the attendee list to all exhibitors and/or sponsors. The lead retrieval service is a great way to collect information while onsite at InnoTech. Leads will be available immediately after the event ends.
What is the Happy 45-Minute Reception?
On Wednesday, April 19 from 2:45pm to 3:30pm all InnoTech attendees, exhibitors, speakers and sponsors are invited to enjoy complimentary beverages and networking inside the Exhibit Hall. During the celebration, prizes will be awarded to winning attendees who have completed their Passport to Prizes form and submitted it for the drawing.

Marketing Tips & Tools
Increased lead generation is key to a positive ROI. Below are a few helpful tips/ideas for you to take advantage of while informing your clients, peers and prospects about your involvement in InnoTech. Be sure to let them know that you are able to provide with complimentary passes so they can come and see what you are promoting at the event.
- Social media: Post your involvement and support of InnoTech on your social media outlets. We have included some sample verbiage below for you to use. Also included are links to our social media pages so you can link up and we can promote your company on our social media outlets.
- Monthly newsletters: Be sure to put a small blurb about your involvement in InnoTech in your monthly newsletters. For example: Visit us in Booth [XXX], stop by to see a demo of [XXX], etc.
- Your Website: If you have an events page, please list InnoTech with your booth number and discount code for registration. We have included an event description below and small graphic attached for you to use as a post for your website.
- Stand-alone email messages: Please feel free to use or edit the provided email copy and include InnoTech in at least 2 targeted emails to your lists. We encourage you to promote your participation in monthly newsletters and/or a specific one-off email to your list.
InnoTech is the region's largest business technology event comprised of educational seminars, Special Events, hands-on demonstrations at the InnoTech exhibits and, of course, limitless networking opportunities throughout InnoTech and at the many after-parties.
